Description
The role provides technical leadership across IBM Sterling Order Management, Web Store, Call Center, and inventory modules, designing, developing, and enhancing order-capture, fulfillment, inventory, payment, cancellation, return, and customer-care solutions. Responsibilities include building integrations, improving application stability and scalability, conducting code reviews, participating in Agile SDLC activities, troubleshooting issues, developing reusable code, and mentoring team members. The position requires substantial IT and Sterling OMS implementation experience, Java and OMS development expertise, and regular office attendance.
