Description
Scopely is hiring a Senior Development Manager for its Barcelona studio to lead the design and deployment of a global LiveOps Quality Operating System. The role partners with game studio leadership, engineers, product leaders, and external vendors to establish release frameworks, QA and testing processes, deployment and telemetry validation, incident monitoring, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. It also drives modernization through automation and AI-driven testing, manages external QA and development partners, and communicates release risks and process improvements to executive stakeholders. The position requires extensive live-service game experience, strong influence and project-management skills, and at least five years of game development experience with management experience.
