Description
Mattel is hiring a Senior Development Program Management Associate for its Hot Wheels product development team at its El Segundo, California campus. The role manages projects from ideation through production, coordinates with overseas development, tooling, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams, troubleshoots pre-production models and pilot samples, supports preliminary design, develops cost estimates, maintains product data integrity, and helps meet cost, schedule, quality, and margin objectives. The position requires a BA/BS degree in engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant project management experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The stated annual pay range is $100,000 to $126,000.
