Micron is hiring a Senior Digital Design Engineer to develop advanced DRAM digital and mixed-signal blocks. The role covers RTL design, implementation, synthesis, timing analysis, power optimization, and design quality across the RTL-to-GDS flow, with collaboration on architecture, verification, and physical design. Candidates need a master’s degree in electrical engineering with 4+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital ASIC/RTL design, along with expertise in ASIC front-end flows, Verilog/SystemVerilog, SDC constraints, STA, and low-power design methodologies.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital ASIC/RTL design
Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of experience with a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in digital ASIC/RTL design with a bachelor’s degree
Experience developing RTL for complex digital designs from specification through implementation handoff
Experience developing and maintaining SDC constraints, including clocks, timing exceptions, I/O constraints, and multi-mode multi-corner timing scenarios
Experience with low-power design methodologies, UPF-based power intent, timing constraints, and PPA optimization
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing RTL for memory products or other high-performance digital designs
Familiarity with CMOS digital and mixed-signal circuit concepts
Experience collaborating across architecture, verification, and physical implementation teams
Ability to improve engineering productivity through process improvements, automation, and enhanced design methodologies
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, including AI-assisted technologies and generative AI tools
