Lam Research is hiring a Global Payroll and Time-Keeping Leader to design, implement, and operate a global payroll and time-keeping structure across twenty countries. The role covers platform and vendor selection, data migration, payroll governance, statutory compliance, SOX controls, audit coordination, vendor performance, payroll accounting, and the development of a distributed payroll organization. It requires extensive global payroll leadership experience, SAP payroll knowledge, statutory expertise across Asia, Europe, and the United States, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. The role offers hybrid work options, including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex arrangements.
