Penn-Mar is hiring a Senior Direct Support Professional to provide direct support and caregiving in a residential setting. Responsibilities include light housework, personal care and hygiene routines, medication administration, transportation, behavioral and social support, occasional sleepover shifts, and supervision of a residential home when no Residential Supervisor is present. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with two years of consecutive driving experience and fewer than three moving violations in the past 36 months, successful pre-employment screenings, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and previous direct support or caregiving experience or experience working with individuals with disabilities. Compensation is $20.41-$20.91 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid training, and other benefits.
