Gilead is hiring a Sr. Director of Analytical Development to provide strategic and technical leadership for analytical development across the pharmaceutical pipeline, from discovery through marketing approval and product lifecycle management. The role leads analytical control strategies, method and technology development, method transfer, characterization, regulatory data packages, budgets, project plans, and the development of high-performing scientific teams. It requires a Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree, at least 12 years of experience with a graduate degree or 14 years with a bachelor’s degree, and expertise in small-molecule analytical development, chromatography, mass spectrometry, method validation, and regulatory submissions. The position offers a base salary of $243,100 to $314,600, along with potential bonus, stock-based incentives, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
