Description
LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior Director, Assistant Controller to lead and scale its global accounting organization during company growth. The role partners with the Controller and other business functions to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, SOX readiness, external audits, ERP and reporting improvements, and accounting automation. It requires 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and multi-entity public-company SOX experience, along with systems, ERP, US GAAP, and leadership experience. The position offers geographic pay ranges of $182,600–$295,350 plus a 20% bonus target, plus RSUs and health, vision, and dental benefits.
