The role advises Product, Risk, Compliance, and executive leadership; builds regulatory monitoring and change-management programs; manages bank and payment-partner relationships; oversees state licensing and regulatory exams; and develops a senior legal team. Candidates need a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and 12+ years of consumer financial services or fintech legal and regulatory experience.
