Description
ProKidney is seeking a Senior Director, Biostatistics to serve as the statistical lead for a pivotal Phase 3 program. The role provides hands-on leadership across study design, statistical analysis plans, data interpretation, reporting, regulatory deliverables, BLA-related activities, FDA-facing discussions, and future submission planning. The Senior Director will also lead the biostatistical team, oversee external vendors, develop statistical models and SOPs, and support executive-level program updates. The position requires an advanced degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience, late-stage program leadership experience, and proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or related data analysis languages.
