Description
Sunbit is hiring a Senior Director, Capital Markets to develop and execute its capital markets strategy, manage warehouse facilities and forward-flow loan sale programs, structure and execute ABS and other funding transactions, optimize capital structure, and lead investor relations and the capital markets team. The role reports to the Chief Capital Officer, is based in Jersey City, New Jersey, and requires a hybrid schedule of three on-site days per week. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive capital markets experience, and strong financial modeling, valuation, risk management, and communication skills. The target salary is $270,000 to $300,000 per year, with company equity and comprehensive benefits.
