Material is hiring a hybrid Senior Director, Client Partner based in its London office to lead commercial growth for its UK and European consulting practice. The role combines new-business hunting with account farming: winning complex digital, AI, and Martech consulting engagements; owning client relationships, retention, expansion, satisfaction, forecasting, billing, and P&L; and advising senior stakeholders such as CMOs, CDOs, and digital transformation leaders. The successful candidate will bring at least 12 years of client-facing experience in digital consulting, Martech, technology services, or advisory work, strong full-stack digital and AI fluency, consulting-led pursuit leadership, executive communication, commercial judgment, and financial acumen, with travel across Europe as needed.
