OpenText is hiring a Senior Director, Strategic Enablement to establish and scale the capabilities, frameworks, and operating models that enable Client Solutions to deliver consistent business results. The role leads organizational effectiveness, business intelligence and analytics, capability development, operational excellence, governance, performance management, and change initiatives, while partnering with senior leaders to align strategy, execution, and organizational performance. The position requires 12–18+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, or related industries, including 5+ years leading complex, multi-functional organizations, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
