Early Warning is hiring a Sr Director, Data Platform & Analytics Engineering to lead the modernization of legacy data and analytics platforms, establish scalable data engineering and governed data-product capabilities, and enable reliable, timely enterprise and product analytics. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance, MLOps, Security, Cloud/Infrastructure, and SRE teams; manages engineering capacity, vendors, budgets, and technology transformation; and develops and mentors engineering leaders. The position requires 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years delivering large-scale enterprise solutions and 5+ years leading data/platform engineering organizations, and is ineligible for visa sponsorship. It offers a hybrid work model and base pay of $206,000–$275,000 in Phoenix, Arizona or Chicago, Illinois, and $248,000–$330,000 in San Francisco, California.
