Description
UKG is hiring a Senior Director of Data Science to lead the organization’s data science and machine learning strategy, AI roadmap, operationalization, governance, and delivery of predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions. The role builds and develops data science and machine learning engineering teams, partners with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders, and measures customer and business impact. It requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, 12+ years of data science, analytics, AI, or machine learning experience, and 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and large technical organizations. The position offers a base pay range of $233,300 to $335,400, with potential performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
