Adobe is hiring a Senior Director of Engineering to own the engineering vision and execution of the Adobe Intelligence Platform, a foundational AI infrastructure supporting agentic orchestration, model gateways, knowledge graphs, memory systems, AI registries, and other enterprise-scale capabilities. The role defines full-stack engineering strategy, integrates platform components across web, desktop, and mobile, grows and structures engineering teams, sets technology and operating roadmaps, and drives adoption across global product and application teams. Candidates need 12+ years of engineering experience, significant platform or infrastructure leadership, AI/ML systems expertise, and a record of building or reshaping engineering organizations. The U.S. base salary range is $209,300 to $429,350 annually, with higher ranges in California and New York.
