Mattson Technology, Inc. is hiring a Senior Director, Engineering to lead engineering strategy, product development, technology execution, and engineering operations across multiple disciplines. The role partners with executive leadership, product management, operations, quality, supply chain, and customer teams; oversees engineering budgets, project execution, risks, and performance metrics; and leads innovation, technical governance, reliability, and talent development. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and typically 15+ years of progressive engineering experience are required, along with at least 8 years of leadership experience managing engineering organizations. The salary range is $205,000 to $302,940.
