McKesson is hiring an experienced Enterprise Integration Program Manager to lead enterprise application integration delivery for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role owns integration strategy, roadmaps, governance, testing, cutover, deployment, risk mitigation, and operational readiness while partnering with business, technology, system integrator, middleware, data, and process teams. It requires 13+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, IT program management, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology implementation, along with pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated supply chain experience. The position offers a base pay range of $174,800 to $291,400 and requires travel of up to 20% and authorization to work in the United States.
