USA TODAY is hiring a Sr Director - Enterprise Data Architect to lead the strategy and hands-on delivery of a next-generation Advertiser Intelligence Platform. The role defines enterprise architecture and phased roadmaps, builds canonical advertiser profiles and data models, designs AI/ML enrichment and predictive capabilities, integrates insights into CRM and BI workflows, and establishes governance for data quality, privacy, lineage, explainability, and cost control. The position requires 15+ years of enterprise data architecture or related leadership experience, cloud and analytics expertise, and experience with AI/ML-enabled data products. It is remote and offers an annualized base salary of $170,000 to $180,000, with variable incentive compensation potentially applicable.
