USA TODAY is hiring a Sr Director - Enterprise Data Architect to lead the strategy and hands-on delivery of a next-generation Advertiser Intelligence Platform. The role defines enterprise architecture, canonical data models, AI enrichment, similarity matching, predictive analytics, and integrations with CRM, BI, and operational workflows; establishes governance for data quality, privacy, lineage, explainability, and cost control; and partners with engineering, product, sales, customer success, operations, and GTM leaders. The position requires 15+ years of enterprise data architecture or related leadership experience, cloud data platform expertise, and experience building advertiser, identity, martech, adtech, subscription, or revenue intelligence platforms. It is remote and offers an annualized base salary of $170,000 to $180,000, with variable incentive compensation potentially applicable.
