Structure Therapeutics is hiring a Sr. Director External Manufacturing to provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for outsourced manufacturing of small-molecule APIs and oral solid-dose products across late-stage development, PPQ, commercialization, and lifecycle management. The role oversees CDMO selection, governance, technology transfer, validation, production, supply execution, quality compliance, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and commercial launch coordination, requiring a chemistry or chemical engineering background, an advanced degree, and at least 15 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. The position offers a base salary of $248,000-$305,000, travel of up to 30%, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
