Corpay is hiring a Sr. Director, Global Payroll to lead payroll strategy, governance, operations, compliance, controls, technology, vendor management, and transformation across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Reporting to the Senior VP, HR, the role oversees regional payroll teams, end-to-end payroll processing, regulatory requirements, audit and data-privacy controls, payroll integrations, and global operating-model improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant payroll experience or a master's degree with 6+ years, along with extensive experience leading payroll teams and managing operations across multiple countries.
