PointClickCare is hiring a Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement to lead its HR technology roadmap and transition HR service delivery to an AI-first, agent-enabled model. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role will sequence HR platforms and agentic AI, redesign HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, lead the migration and AI agent deployment, establish data governance and responsible-AI controls, and develop the HR technology team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of HR technology or HRIS experience, enterprise HCM migration experience, and strong AI, data, project, change-management, and vendor-management capabilities. It is a hybrid role with travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices, and the Canada base salary range is $163,000-$181,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
