Description
Crux is hiring a Sr. Director of Partnerships to own and scale its channel/referral, product-enabled, and research and intellectual-property partnership program. The role will build tiered partner frameworks, acquire and manage institutional partners, drive platform adoption, lead content-led engagement and events, and coordinate across research, product, commercial, legal, and operations teams. It also leads a team of four direct reports and requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years leading and scaling a partnership team. The position is remote-first across the United States and Canada, with optional offices in Washington, New York City, and other locations.
