The role manages project budgets, schedules, design and construction teams, contractors, vendors, documentation, quality, safety, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, with hands-on field operations and on-property full-time commitments. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is required; 20–25 years of relevant experience is required, and the position pays $210,000–$260,000 with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
