BD is hiring a Sr. Director, Quality for the MMS-based Dispensing business to lead global pre- and post-market quality, design controls, risk management, cybersecurity, software quality, validation, and compliance activities for medical and non-medical dispensing products. The role leads a team based in San Diego, California, with global responsibilities, reports to the VP of MMS Quality Management, and requires extensive medical device leadership experience, technical expertise, and strong organizational leadership. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with at least four days of in-office presence per week and a salary range of $220,300 to $352,500 USD annually.
