Description
Evolent is hiring a Sr. Director, AI Platform Engineering to lead engineering teams building enterprise-scale AI platform capabilities across document pipelines, event-driven architecture, and agentic user interfaces. The role is responsible for staffing and growing teams, delivering software from inception through production, establishing architecture and engineering standards, partnering with architecture, product, security, and infrastructure teams, and applying AI-assisted development practices. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of software engineering experience including 7+ years in leadership, and extensive enterprise software, architecture, cloud, DevOps, and team-building experience. The expected base salary is $175,000-$185,000, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance.
