Tarsus Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Senior Director, Technical Operations to provide strategic leadership for drug product manufacturing and external CDMO operations from late-stage development through commercialization. The role owns manufacturing strategy, CMC program execution, CMO selection and governance, critical manufacturing issue resolution, risk mitigation, supply readiness, budget management, and cross-functional alignment with pharmaceutical sciences, analytical development, supply chain, regulatory, and quality. The position is based in the Irvine office with a hybrid work environment, requires 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, and offers a base salary of $255,000–$357,000 plus bonus, stock equity, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
