Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced technical program leader to manage end-to-end technical programs spanning optical/electrical R&D, new product introduction, and manufacturing. The role defines program goals and deliverables, manages schedules, resources, costs, risks, stakeholder and customer communications, and drives issue resolution and continuous improvement. It is an on-site position in Sunnyvale, California, requiring an advanced degree in optical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or another opto-electronic discipline and at least 15 years of technical program management or product line management experience.
