Coherent Corp. is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical programs from initiation through delivery, managing R&D, new product introduction, and manufacturing activities. The role owns program scope, plans, schedules, resources, risks, costs, customer engagements, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. It requires an advanced degree in optical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related opto-electronic discipline and at least 15 years of experience in technical or product-line program management. The position is on-site in Sunnyvale, California, with occasional off-site meetings or travel, and may require overtime and flexible hours.
