Description
The Senior Dredge Master will lead and manage all dredging operations on a Cutter Suction Dredger, including planning, crew supervision, equipment monitoring, production optimization, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance coordination, reporting, and client and stakeholder liaison. The role requires a diploma, degree, or equivalent professional qualification, basic and advanced STCW training certification, and 5–10 years of rank experience on a Heavy Duty Cutter Suction Dredger.
