Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a Senior DSP Engineer to design, develop, validate, and implement RF communications signal-processing algorithms on Xilinx UltraScale+, RFSoC, and Versal platforms. The role leads algorithm development through prototype and implementation, collaborates with RF, FPGA, embedded, and customer teams, and supports testing, integration, field activities, and technical leadership. It is a full-time, exempt position based remotely within the DMV and Florida with 25–30% travel, requiring a relevant master’s or PhD, 15+ years of DSP engineering experience, and a U.S. Secret or higher security clearance.
