GlobalFoundries is hiring an eFuse Device Qualification Engineer to develop and qualify eFuse devices by designing experiments, performing electrical characterization, analyzing device behavior and failure mechanisms, collaborating with design, process, and reliability teams, and driving technology readiness for production applications. The role requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in electrical engineering or a related field, 0–5 years of semiconductor device engineering or characterization experience, and familiarity with data-analysis and Cadence tools.
