The employer is hiring a Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Power Electronics to develop rugged, production-ready power-conversion equipment for data centers, industrial facilities, utilities, and municipal infrastructure. The role leads electrical design, PCB development, product verification, regulatory compliance, and field troubleshooting; supports products from concept through production release; and collaborates with firmware, systems, manufacturing, quality, sales, and technical-support teams. It is a full-time, 100% on-site position in the Greater Allentown, Pennsylvania area, with a salary of $145,000–$175,000 plus bonus, negotiable relocation assistance, and no employment sponsorship.
