The role covers electrical reliability, maintenance, process control, statutory compliance, condition monitoring, high-voltage and power-system studies, field equipment troubleshooting, safety protocols, and cross-functional coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related diploma, five years of electrical engineering or mining maintenance experience, and a combination of office-based and field-based work in an active mining operation.
