Hologic is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer, Product Engineering for its Surgical Division R&D department. The role maintains electrical continuity across capital and disposable products, leads hardware troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, drives design improvements and product-line extensions, develops test fixtures and prototype boards, supports manufacturing and supplier activities, and manages verification and risk-management processes. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a master’s degree, and knowledge of medical-device hardware, testing, DFM, IEC 60601 safety, EMC, embedded systems, and related design tools. The role offers an annualized base salary of $97,600–$152,700, is bonus eligible, and requires up to 10% travel.
