Description
Orange EV is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, analyze, validate, and improve electrical systems for on-road and off-road Class 8 electric trucks. The role covers vehicle electrical architectures, power distribution, wiring harnesses, high- and low-voltage systems, charging systems, motor and controller evaluation, 3D modeling and 2D drawings, DFMEA and DVP&R, design reviews, vehicle builds, troubleshooting, and mentorship. Candidates need a BSME, BSEE, or related degree, at least seven years of relevant electrical system design experience, vehicle wire harness engineering experience, CAD proficiency, and strong analytical and teamwork skills.
