Description
The role owns the end-to-end diagnostic deployment for a current service vehicle fleet and successor platforms, improving fault isolation, diagnostic quality, and repair effectiveness through fleet data. Responsibilities include defining diagnostic requirements, maintaining traceability, leading design and test reviews, deploying service actions, developing prognostic and predictive-maintenance features, and measuring diagnostic success. The position requires an engineering degree, 10+ years of vehicle or system diagnostics experience, knowledge of automotive communication and diagnostic protocols, functional-safety experience, and fleet-data analysis skills.
