PCA is hiring a Sr. Electrical Project Engineer for its Gladstone, Virginia Riverville Mill. The role provides engineering support to maintenance and operations, develops preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, prepares project scopes and cost estimates, designs and implements projects, manages construction, coordinates commissioning and start-up, and supports operations and maintenance. Candidates need a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, 10–15 years of process engineering or production experience in the paper industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and U.S. work authorization; pulp and paper experience is preferred. The starting salary range is $96,000–$120,000, with vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
