Ford is hiring a Senior Electrical System Validation Engineer for its Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design team. The role leads low-voltage system design, bench and vehicle-level testing, worst-case circuit analysis, fault and protection validation, power-budget and stability testing, test-plan development, supplier load characterization, root-cause analysis, and trade studies. Candidates need an electrical or computer engineering degree, at least five years of combined electrical hardware design and low-voltage system validation experience, and experience with power electronics, WCCA, automotive electrical architecture, and debugging. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $138,800 to $232,700 with visa sponsorship available.
