Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician to independently build, troubleshoot, and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses, and subsystems in engineering, prototype, and production environments. The role requires advanced interpretation of technical drawings, IPC workmanship standards, crimping and soldering, electrical testing, quality procedures, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams. Candidates must have at least seven years of relevant electro-mechanical or cable/harness assembly experience in aerospace, defense, avionics, or similar industries, a high school diploma or equivalent, and U.S. citizenship; technical coursework is preferred. The position also includes mentoring junior technicians and supporting new product introductions.
