AEM is hiring a Senior/Intermediate Electronic Designer to own electronic hardware systems from architecture through production release and lifecycle support. The role focuses on manufacturing-aware design, multi-layer PCB and power architecture, test and validation, NPI and production ramp, yield and failure analysis, and cross-functional manufacturing integration. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of manufacturing-environment hardware experience, and is an on-site position in Hayward, California, with a stated US compensation range of $105,000 to $130,000 per year.
