Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a hands-on Lab Manager to operate the ECU Validation Test Lab in Irvine. The role owns equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, repairs, service contracts, asset tracking, purchasing, inventory, material flow, safety, traceability, and lab readiness; it also leads a team of lab technicians and partners with the Palo Alto lab. Candidates need at least five years of relevant test-lab or technical-operations experience, one year leading technicians, and hands-on experience with environmental and mechanical test equipment.
