Description
The role develops, tests, and analyzes control architectures and controller improvements for motion-control applications. Responsibilities include implementing controller changes in C, root-causing control performance issues with embedded, electrical, and mechanical engineers, and coordinating reliability and test activities. The position requires at least three years of motion-control development experience, strong control-design fundamentals, real-time C firmware experience, motion-control electronics knowledge, and coursework in controls and embedded programming. Compensation includes a starting base pay determined by role, level, and location, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
