Description
Hunter Douglas is hiring a Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for its motorization hardware platform. The role owns embedded electronics from concept through certification and high-volume production, covering mixed-signal, RF, power, battery, motor-drive, and PCB design; antenna and RF certification; Altium and production data; debugging; and cross-functional product development. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and support supply-chain and cost-reduction efforts. The position requires at least eight years of embedded electronics design experience, including complex mixed-signal and RF systems, and offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 plus a 25%–35% bonus target and benefits.
