Description
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and validate exterior and interior lighting software for Rivian and Volkswagen vehicle platforms. The role leads scalable software architecture, hardware-software integration, bench and board-level verification, feature calibration, and unit, software-in-the-loop, and hardware-in-the-loop testing, while mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least five years of automotive control-systems experience, expertise in C and Python, embedded systems and RTOS knowledge, and familiarity with CAN/LIN/ETH tools.
