Baxter is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and lead manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. The role covers technical and safety guidance, customer and supplier collaboration, project planning, manufacturing process integration and improvement, production fixtures and inspection equipment, capacity and maintenance planning, production performance tracking, manufacturing transfers, cycle-time estimation, statistical and PFMEA tools, and process validation. Candidates must have an engineering or related professional background, at least three years of manufacturing and Lean methodology experience, and bilingual Spanish-English proficiency.
