Conga is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations across complex customer environments. The role manages 2–4 concurrent implementations, project artifacts, budgets, executive stakeholders, change management, testing, and cross-functional teams, while using AI tools to improve requirements, documentation, test coverage, and delivery quality. Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services experience, strong project management and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in Houston or Boston, offers a U.S. base salary of $113,920–$182,270, and includes medical and dental insurance.
