Snowflake is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager for its Frontier Engineering team to lead business growth and delivery success across assigned accounts and regions. The role owns bookings, forecasts, utilization, consumption, project financials, delivery roadmaps, client relationships, risk management, and operational improvements, while partnering with account executives, solution engineers, delivery leadership, partners, and customers. It requires 10+ years of sales and services delivery experience, quantitative KPI achievement, executive-stakeholder negotiation, data-platform expertise, and strong cross-functional communication.
