Description
Molex is hiring a Sr. Engineer 1, Tooling in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to design, develop, debug, and optimize manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated tooling and equipment for product assembly and inspection. The role supports manufacturing operations, new product introduction, troubleshooting, automation line implementation, equipment compatibility reviews, engineering analysis, SOP/WI preparation, user training, and documentation. Candidates need engineering or automation education, at least six years of mechanical or tooling design experience, at least four years in assembly, stamping, die, or automation assembly design, CAD proficiency, mechanism analysis skills, cost and tolerance analysis ability, teamwork, and English reading and writing skills.
